This bag is beautiful! I bought it to replace my 15 year old leather backpack and could not be more pleased at the construction, the look, and the size. It’s perfect!

Both zippers broke

I bought this bag and used it as my everyday purse. the outside zipper broke first and then the inside in less than a year. I Contacted STS they said they were unaware of any issue with the zipper. And I took it to a repair shop both zippers could not be replaced or repaired.
