Great customer service!

Hello everyone, I purchased a hair on hide purse Christmas 2022 on Amazon. After a few months some of the hair broke off in several places. It was past the Amazon return window unfortunately. I reached out to STS Ranchware regarding the issue. With photos, proof of purchase and proof of which purse it was, I given full credit for a new purse! I chose one and it’s beautiful! I am so pleased with the way they handled my problem. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company!
