When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 4-5 business days from the time the order is processed. We DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and delivery takes 2 to 8 business days to be delivered depending on where the package is shipped to.

Do you ship internationally?

Orders purchased online from STS Ranchwear ship within the United States. No shipments can be made outside of the United States. We apologize for this inconvenience.

When will I receive my refund?
