I am obsessed with this vest! I found it at a really fun western store in Cave Creek, AZ. I had to have it! I get multiple compliments every time I wear it! I am usually an xs and that’s the size I bought; it fits perfectly! The quality is unparalleled, and I am really happy with my purchase!
Great quality. But, disappointed the cowhide/hair yoke is the SAME tan as the vest. No speckles or spots at all. Just tan. Can hardly tell it is hair on from a distance. I knew colors would vary, just didn’t expect a matching tan.
I just got my vest delivered and I’m beyond disappointed. I REALLY wanted to love this vest. The hide on the vest is all one solid color. I know working with hide it’s “you get what you get” but I wanted at least something a little more. I’m still deciding on if I want to send it back, at this point I more than likely will. Maybe I can find it at an actual store where I can see what I’m getting. But living in Montana it’s not likely. So just a heads up don’t expect to get anything close to the hide shown in the picture.
