Buyer Beware

I ordered this bag in November 2024. One of the rivets in the carrying handle came apart within days of using it. I sent the bag back. Rather than replacing it, STS made a poor attempt at repairing the bag and sent the same one back to me. The rivet came out the first day I used it.
